Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, T&E Expense Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day T&E operations, ensuring timely processing and reimbursement of employee expense reports
  • Develop systems to monitor T&E reporting for compliance with company policies and the Sunshine Act
  • Train employees on expense reporting tools, policies, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years' experience in accounting, travel and expense administration, or finance operations, preferably in biotech or life sciences
  • Strong knowledge of the Sunshine Act and related healthcare transparency regulations
  • Proficiency with expense management systems, such as SAP Concur
  • Experience working with auditors and SOX compliance
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate compliance risks
