Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, T&E Expense Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day T&E operations, ensuring timely processing and reimbursement of employee expense reports
- Develop systems to monitor T&E reporting for compliance with company policies and the Sunshine Act
- Train employees on expense reporting tools, policies, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years' experience in accounting, travel and expense administration, or finance operations, preferably in biotech or life sciences
- Strong knowledge of the Sunshine Act and related healthcare transparency regulations
- Proficiency with expense management systems, such as SAP Concur
- Experience working with auditors and SOX compliance
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate compliance risks
