Job Summary
Collaborating with National Governing Bodies and internal stakeholders, the full-time Manager of Team Selection Procedures will develop, refine, and evaluate Team Selection Procedures for Team USA Delegation Events while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the development and execution of Team Selection Procedures, ensuring compliance and transparency for stakeholders
- Track progress and milestones, maintaining communication with stakeholders and providing feedback to improve procedures
- Develop and deliver training materials and resources to support NGBs and internal stakeholders on Team Selection Procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration/Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in Sports Management, Sports Science, Sports Law, and/or Athletics/NCAA Compliance
- Experience in project management and data tracking
- Knowledge of the Olympic and Paralympic Movement and National Governing Bodies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with tight deadlines
