Manager of Team Selection Procedures

Job Summary

Collaborating with National Governing Bodies and internal stakeholders, the full-time Manager of Team Selection Procedures will develop, refine, and evaluate Team Selection Procedures for Team USA Delegation Events while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of Team Selection Procedures, ensuring compliance and transparency for stakeholders
• Track progress and milestones, maintaining communication with stakeholders and providing feedback to improve procedures
• Develop and deliver training materials and resources to support NGBs and internal stakeholders on Team Selection Procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration/Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in Sports Management, Sports Science, Sports Law, and/or Athletics/NCAA Compliance
• Experience in project management and data tracking
• Knowledge of the Olympic and Paralympic Movement and National Governing Bodies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with tight deadlines
