Manager of Technical Account Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Associate Technical Account Management for the East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Associate TAMs to drive customer adoption and success
• Champion the voice of the customer and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance regional customer success
• Own key performance indicators related to customer health, adoption, and retention while promoting the full adoption of the platform

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, containers, or cloud computing
• Knowledge of cloud computing with hands-on experience in building and operating cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record of engaging with senior-level customers in Customer Success or related roles
• Experience managing customer escalations and balancing expectations with business requirements
• Strong understanding of cloud platform features and best practices for security
