Job Summary
Leading a global team, the full-time Manager of Technical Complaints will oversee the technical complaint handling process, ensuring compliance and efficiency while driving transformation from SAP to Veeva Vault Quality in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a global team of Technical Complaint Specialists
- Own the end-to-end complaint handling process from intake through closure
- Drive complaint trending, KPIs, and management reviews while supporting FDA inspections and audits
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years of medical device quality experience with significant complaint handling responsibility
- 3+ years of people leadership experience in a global environment
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Quality Complaint Management
- Working knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards related to complaint handling
