• Translate company strategy into executable program plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes
• Provide data-driven updates to executives on delivery health, risks, and resource needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in public sector IT leadership or equivalent roles
• 5+ years of people management experience leading technical program managers or cross-functional teams
• Proven experience building and scaling high-performing technology teams
• Top Secret security clearance
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS architectures and cloud environments
