Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers for high-impact programs
• Accountable for the full lifecycle outcomes of complex technical programs
• Provide technical insight and advocate for security and architectural integrity in program decisions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent roles
• 5+ years of experience in people management of TPMs or cross-functional technical teams
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale infrastructure or security programs
• Prior experience in government, defense, aerospace, or national security software environments
• Strong technical acumen in cloud infrastructure, security, and distributed systems
