Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Information Systems-Technical Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Network Infrastructure and Telecommunications teams, collaborating with various stakeholders
• Oversee enterprise network and telecom services ensuring reliability and high availability
• Direct daily operations including incident, problem, and change management while maintaining standards and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience in enterprise network and telecommunications support
• Alternatively, 14 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise network and telecommunications support
• 5+ years of direct management experience leading network and telecommunications teams
• Experience in mission-critical, high availability environments, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
