Manager of Technical Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Information Systems-Technical Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Network Infrastructure and Telecommunications teams, collaborating with IT leadership and external service providers
• Oversee enterprise network and telecom services ensuring reliability and high availability for clinical and business systems
• Direct daily operations including incident, problem, and change management while maintaining standards and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field and at least 10 years of experience in enterprise network and telecommunications support
• In lieu of a degree, 14 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise network and telecommunications support is required
• 5+ years of direct management experience leading network and telecommunications teams
• Experience supporting mission critical, high availability environments, preferably in healthcare or other regulated industries
