Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technology and Process Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team in an Agile/SAFe environment to assess processes and implement technology solutions
• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable work for IT
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives and ensure high-quality outcomes in collaboration with various teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Product Development, Project Management, or related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or related field
• 3-5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Proven ability to set strategy and establish KPIs
• Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Tableau, and others preferred
