Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Team Ticket Operations & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day ticket operations and strategic decisions for multiple teams, including event builds and inventory management
  • Manage online ticket systems and oversee inventory and internal ticket request processes for events
  • Serve as lead mentor for team ticketing representatives, providing training and guidance on system use and best practices


Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree required, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in ticketing operations within sports or live entertainment
  • Strong technical understanding of Ticketmaster systems including Host and Archtics
  • Prior leadership or management experience overseeing ticketing operations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required
