Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Team Ticket Operations & Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day ticket operations and strategic decisions for multiple teams, including event builds and inventory management
- Manage online ticket systems and oversee inventory and internal ticket request processes for events
- Serve as lead mentor for team ticketing representatives, providing training and guidance on system use and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree required, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- 4-6 years of experience in ticketing operations within sports or live entertainment
- Strong technical understanding of Ticketmaster systems including Host and Archtics
- Prior leadership or management experience overseeing ticketing operations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required
