Job Summary
Overseeing ticket operations for multiple teams, the full-time Manager of Ticket Operations will manage day-to-day operations, maintain ticket systems, and support sales representatives while working remotely and requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day ticket operations, including event management, venue scaling, and ticket inventory
- Manage the online ticket system and oversee payment processes, ticket management, and access control
- Conduct audits of ticketing processes to ensure compliance and efficiency while mentoring ticketing representatives
Required qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 to 6 years of experience in ticketing operations within sports or live entertainment
- Strong technical knowledge of Ticketmaster systems, including Host and Archtics
- Prior leadership or management experience in ticketing operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as required
