Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Title Services to oversee the title production process from search to clear to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote title production team, motivating staff and ensuring high performance
• Drive title production performance metrics and ensure compliance with SLA's and quality standards
• Train personnel and vendors on title production functions and maintain knowledge of state-specific statutes

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in the title and settlement industry
• 4 or more years of managing title search, examination, and curative staff in a high-volume environment
• Demonstrated experience in title search, examination, and curative functions
• Experience with title underwriting requirements for various states
• Ability to analyze operational data for process improvements
