Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire People Operations teams to provide HR customer service focused on Mobility & Recognition and Leave & Benefits
  • Partner with leadership to develop efficiencies that align HR strategies with business goals
  • Act as a point of contact for complex employee inquiries and manage escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, or a Graduate degree with 7 years of experience, or 13 years of related experience without a degree
  • Seven or more years of HR generalist or specialist experience, particularly in HR systems and employee experience
  • Experience in project management, change management, or continuous improvement is preferred
  • Knowledge of case management systems, such as ServiceNow, is a plus
  • Experience with HRIS/HCM systems, like PeopleSoft, is advantageous
