• Associate degree with 12 years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in solar and battery sales/training
• Demonstrated outstanding solar sales skills and results
• Ability to influence effectively and work cross-functionally
• Self-driven with superior organizational skills and integrity
• Customer-centric mindset with a capability to thrive in high-growth environments
