Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Transformation & Internal Controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute specialized projects related to new business areas or acquired entities
Perform data analysis to support projects and audits
Participate in annual risk assessment and end-to-end testing of business process controls

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Certified Public Accountant and/or Certified Internal Auditor designation preferred
5+ years experience in internal audit or related roles
Comprehensive knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) provisions
Familiarity with industry best practices for risk management and mitigation
