Manager of Transformation Value Management

Job Summary

Supporting strategic transformation initiatives, the full-time Manager of Transformation Value Management will provide analytical insights, develop business cases, and create executive reporting materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain portfolio reporting, value realization frameworks, and performance metrics for transformation initiatives
• Conduct business analyses and financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making
• Create executive presentations and dashboards that communicate portfolio performance and strategic insights to senior leaders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, business analytics, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling
• Experience creating polished presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
