Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Underwriting Support Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day support functions related to Traditional and/or SUP/SUP Connect workflow, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Manage USMM Underwriting reporting functions, customizing and validating data using reporting tools such as SQL
• Perform management duties including hiring, training, and evaluating associates while fostering a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience (minimum 8 years)
• 5 to 8 years' experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services
• 2 years of experience using SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop associates in a customer service-focused environment
• Advanced knowledge of business practices and the ability to analyze and improve business processes
