Manager of Unified Communications

Job Summary

Leading a distributed team of engineers, the full-time Manager of Unified Communications will oversee the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration and communication platforms, focusing on Google Workspace, VoIP, and conferencing tools in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and service health for Google Workspace and related collaboration services
• Own enterprise VoIP and conferencing platforms, ensuring service delivery and optimization
• Define and drive the roadmap for modern collaboration services, emphasizing user experience and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and collaboration platforms
• 2+ years of people management experience in a distributed environment
• Relevant experience with Google Workspace administration and ecosystem capabilities
• Strong experience with enterprise VoIP and conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Webex
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and legacy messaging environments
