Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery or technology enablement roles
- Deep hands-on expertise with Jira, including design, configuration, and governance
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and related collaboration tools
- Experience in designing feedback programs and managing change
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Miro, or DocuSign is a plus
