Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery or technology enablement roles
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Jira, including design, configuration, and governance
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and related collaboration tools
  • Experience in designing feedback programs and managing change
  • Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Miro, or DocuSign is a plus
