Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Utilization Review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interviewing, hiring, training and onboarding new teammates
• Acting as a liaison between UR and other CH Departments
• Managing relationships with insurance/payor partners and identifying barriers to client access to authorization

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in utilization review or related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop and evaluate departmental workflows
• Knowledge of insurance/payor processes and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
• Experience managing a team is a plus
