Job Summary
Leading a team of valuation professionals, the full-time Manager of Valuation Services will oversee complex institutional commercial real estate valuation engagements remotely, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery while driving operational improvements and collaboration across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team by managing workflow, setting expectations, and providing ongoing feedback and training
- Own delivery of multiple concurrent valuation engagements, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld
- Drive the adoption of standardized processes and technology to enhance efficiency and strengthen the overall client experience
Required qualifications
- Deep experience in institutional commercial real estate valuation with the ability to assess work at both portfolio and engagement levels
- Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Excel for reviewing valuation work and supporting team analysis
- Experience in leading, mentoring, or developing teams while managing performance and priorities
- Strong operational mindset with a focus on improving processes and efficiency across multiple engagements
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders while navigating challenges effectively
