Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of value creation strategies across the $2B business segment
Drive sharing of best practices and assist leadership in financial decision-making through analysis and coaching
Collaborate with CFO and regional leaders to highlight business performance and support strategic planning

Required Qualifications

BA or BS in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a quantitative field
4+ years of finance-related experience; certification in value creation preferred
Strong project management and influencing skills
Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with advanced data tools is a plus
