Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of specialists and analysts, setting performance goals and fostering a high-performance culture
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of electronic payment transactions while monitoring SLAs and addressing issues
• Oversee analytics and reporting, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in electronic payments, vendor enrollment, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of master data management processes and card payables
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL)
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and cross-team data management projects
