Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drives operational execution of venture initiatives and ensures alignment with strategy and performance goals
• Develops and manages workplans, timelines, processes, and metrics for venture and commercialization programs
• Supports the evaluation and structuring of co-development agreements and manages the internal IP intake process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study (Required)
• Master's Degree in a related field of study (Preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects (Required)
• Experience in venture, commercialization, or co-development activities is preferred
• Certification(s) and License(s) are not specified
