Manager of Virtual Health

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations in a full-time remote capacity, the Manager of Virtual Health will manage patient scheduling, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and promote effective communication among staff while collaborating with a physician co-leader to enhance clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and clinical workflows to ensure efficient practice operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain effective communication through regular staff meetings
• Analyze performance data to improve clinical outcomes and manage the recruitment and evaluation of staff

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical practice or completion of a practice manager training program
• Experience managing financials, including billing and collections, in a medical facility environment
• Relevant certifications such as MGMA, ACHE, or from the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management preferred
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; bilingual skills preferred based on patient population
