Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Virtualization Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance and reliability of supported technologies, making improvement recommendations
• Manage and organize staff to enhance business agility and efficiency while ensuring effective IT infrastructure services
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and ensure adherence to change management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, business, or related field, or five years of relevant technical experience
• Minimum seven years of experience in virtual infrastructure design and implementation, or a Master's degree with five years of experience
• At least two years of leadership experience in project management or team management
• In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies and ITIL v4 or later framework
• Experience in a health insurance-related company is preferred
