Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Youth & Young Adult Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the NAMI Next Gen young adult advisory group, including recruitment, mentorship, and ongoing management
• Develop and maintain communication systems between the national cohort and state organization groups
• Lead the development of new initiatives and resources for youth and young adults, collaborating with various teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 3 - 5 years' experience in youth engagement preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Must pass a background check
