Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Onboarding Managers for their Finance Cloud Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, coach, and scale a team of Onboarding Managers
Assist team in strategic onboarding cycles and understand customer needs
Monitor card performance, report on team and individual results, and achieve monthly targets

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in tech sales
Consistent track record leading teams exceeding targets
Experience selling and/or Onboarding Spend Management and/or selling HRIS related products
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and ready to hit the ground running
