Job Summary

To drive measurable growth through data-led optimization, the full-time remote Manager, Paid Media will independently manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads for international markets, focusing on Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display while balancing brand visibility and performance objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage international paid media campaigns across various Google Ads channels
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, identifying scaling opportunities and running structured A/B tests
  • Implement conversion tracking and produce regular performance reports with actionable insights
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-budget Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display campaigns in the DTC e-commerce space
  • Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals, bidding strategies, and feed optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including planning, execution, and reporting of campaigns
  • Experience in building comprehensive testing roadmaps for Google Ad channels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively across teams
