Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Partner Operations & Business Systems (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operationalization of partner strategy across tools, workflows, and data models
• Propose and implement new processes to enhance GTM experience and simplify existing technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Partner Ops, Sales Ops, Business Systems, RevOps, or Process Excellence roles
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing a team
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including complex automation
• Proven ability to set a roadmap and measure outcomes like adoption and partner satisfaction
• Experience using automation and analytics to enhance partner processes
