- 5+ years of relevant experience in benefits, SaaS, or a related partner-facing role
- 2+ years of management experience with a focus on mentoring and team development
- Deep expertise in partner success or customer success best practices
- Rapid learning ability for mastering complex products
- Exceptional prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
