Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payer Strategy & Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and outcomes for customers
  • Prepare and lead regular meetings to communicate customer goals and value delivered
  • Identify and manage renewal and growth opportunities with customers
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with 3 years in customer relationship/account management, preferably in healthcare
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer renewals and service expansions
  • Aptitude to understand healthcare industry and IT solutions based on analytics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required
  • Ability to manage expectations and convey client needs to internal stakeholders
