Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Payer Strategy & Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and outcomes for customers
- Prepare and lead regular meetings to communicate customer goals and value delivered
- Identify and manage renewal and growth opportunities with customers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with 3 years in customer relationship/account management, preferably in healthcare
- Demonstrated experience managing customer renewals and service expansions
- Aptitude to understand healthcare industry and IT solutions based on analytics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required
- Ability to manage expectations and convey client needs to internal stakeholders
