Job Summary
To ensure customers achieve their Risk Adjustment and Quality Improvement objectives, the full-time remote Manager, Payer Strategy will manage strategic account plans, drive product adoption, and foster senior-level relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive strategic account plans to drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals and expansion
- Prepare and lead regular meetings, including quarterly business reviews, to communicate the value of products and services
- Identify risks to customer goals and manage renewal and growth opportunities effectively
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, including 3 years in customer relationship/account management, preferably in healthcare
- Demonstrated experience managing customer renewals and service expansion opportunities
- Aptitude for understanding healthcare industry and IT solutions based on analytics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding product and service delivery
