Manager, PLM and Product Data

Job Summary

To enhance product data governance and platform maturity, the full-time remote Manager, PLM and Product Data will oversee the PLM platform, ensuring data integrity, managing workflows, and driving user adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own the configuration and health of the PLM platform, acting as the internal authority on its structure and usage
• Establish product data governance standards, ensuring ongoing quality and reconciliation with ERP master data
• Drive user adoption and develop training materials, transitioning workflows from spreadsheets to the PLM system

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PLM, product data management, or product operations with direct ownership of a PLM platform
• Strong understanding of product hierarchy, multi-level BOMs, and specifications management
• Experience in maintaining product data integrity against an ERP system, including reconciliation and integration keys
• Proven experience in designing or governing approval workflows and version control
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in handling large datasets
