Manager, PMO & Continuous Improvement

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing business, the remote Manager, PMO & Continuous Improvement will manage end-to-end project execution across various initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment among cross-functional teams while leveraging project management tools like Monday.com.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management for business initiatives, including packaging updates and product launches
• Facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings to review project status, risks, and priorities
• Optimize project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms
• Experience managing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional projects
• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments
