Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Power BI to lead their Revenue Cycle reporting and analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Power BI developers, ensuring high-quality report development and data visualization
- Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-wide Power BI dashboards and reports to support revenue cycle operations
- Enforce Power BI security best practices and ensure adherence to data governance and compliance regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably overseeing a BI or analytics team
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, healthcare finance, or financial analytics
- Expertise in data security, access control, and governance within Power BI
