Manager, Power BI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Power BI (Hands On and People Leader).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Power BI developers to ensure high-quality report development and data visualization
• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise-wide Power BI dashboards and reports to support revenue cycle operations
• Enforce Power BI security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably overseeing a BI or analytics team
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, healthcare finance, or financial analytics
• Expertise in data security, access control, and governance within Power BI
