Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Power BI to lead their Revenue Cycle reporting and analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Power BI developers to ensure high-quality report development
• Develop and enhance enterprise-wide Power BI dashboards and reports for revenue cycle operations
• Enforce Power BI security best practices and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including DAX and data modeling
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in a BI or analytics team
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes and healthcare finance
• Expertise in data security and governance within Power BI
