Manager, Pre-Sales Services

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team remotely, the full-time Manager, Pre-Sales Services will oversee Professional Services Consultants, Solution Architects, and Pre-Sales Engineers, driving customer engagement, technical sales alignment, and successful implementation of identity and credential management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team focused on achieving sales revenue, customer retention, and successful service delivery
• Direct implementation, integration, and training services while ensuring adherence to quality and delivery standards
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to establish governance frameworks and drive technical sales strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management
• 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams in related technology domains
• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and cybersecurity frameworks
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
