Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Manager, Pre-Sales Services will provide strategic leadership in Credential Management, overseeing technical sales engagement, solution architecture, and implementation services to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Professional Services Consultants and Pre-Sales Engineers, ensuring alignment with customer success and service quality
- Achieve sales revenue and customer retention goals through effective leadership and execution of implementation and consulting services
- Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to establish frameworks for high-impact customer engagements and ensure successful delivery of HID solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management industries
- 5+ years leading customer-facing technical teams in related technology domains
- Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), PKI, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in stakeholder management and team development
