Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the product design team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration
• Strategize and oversee the design process, ensuring seamless integration of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs into the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, ensuring design solutions meet customer needs and business goals

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product design experience, including substantial time leading design teams
• Portfolio showcasing excellence in UX and visual design, with a strong emphasis on user-centric methodologies
• Expertise in prototyping, interaction design, and utilizing design systems, preferably in Figma
• Strategic and product thinking capabilities, with a focus on understanding the 'why' behind design decisions and product directions
• Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable with juggling multiple roles and responsibilities
