Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in software or technology, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with client-facing software implementations (SaaS preferred)
• Background in P&C insurance or policy administration
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team in a delivery-focused environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
