Job Summary

Leading a team of consultants, the full-time Manager, Professional Services will oversee the delivery of open source database solutions, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to methodologies and processes while maintaining SOW accuracy
• Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices for the team to enhance efficiency and profitability
• Foster relationships with key clients and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive new business opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading remote consulting teams and managing business operations
• Proven track record of building and retaining high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex situations and make informed decisions
• Experience in resolving customer escalations and maintaining client relationships
• Familiarity with open source database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
