Job Summary

To enhance contract management applications, the full-time remote Manager, Profile Variance will supervise a team focused on identifying payment variances, establish efficient workflow processes, and manage departmental strategy and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and maintenance of contract management applications, ensuring optimal use of features and functionality
• Establish efficient workflow processes and manage projects related to contract modeling and payer performance
• Conduct staffing assessments and manage administrative support needs for the department

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Five years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Considerable knowledge of medical office operations and third-party reimbursement methodologies
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
• Working knowledge of medical coding and billing compliance regulations
