Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Project Management for a remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project management team to ensure successful onboarding of new customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate seamless transitions from purchase to onboarding
• Maintain KPIs, achieve targets, and report on critical metrics related to project management

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• 3+ years in a leadership position
• Experience with onboarding customers onto SaaS software
• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, SmartSheets, Harvest, and Salesforce CRM
• Proven ability to manage complex processes with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
