Manager, PromoMats Operations

Job Summary

Managing the Veeva PromoMats platform, the full-time Manager, PromoMats Operations will oversee the development, review, approval, and distribution of compliant promotional and medical content while coordinating the MLR review process in a hybrid role based in New York City or remotely on the East Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the administration and optimization of the Veeva PromoMats platform for compliant content management
• Coordinate the end-to-end MLR review process, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish scalable content workflows and modular content strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of experience in MLR operations or promotional review within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Hands-on experience managing Veeva PromoMats in a pharmaceutical environment
• Strong understanding of MLR review processes and FDA compliance requirements
• Experience coordinating cross-functional content review workflows across Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams
