Job Summary

A company is looking for a Select Property & Casualty Insurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to meet customer service needs and adhere to company standards
Participate in leadership meetings, assist with new hire training, and conduct compliance audits
Identify areas for efficiency improvement, foster relationships, and communicate with agency contacts

Required Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year experience with the company
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload
Coaching/mentoring mindset
Ability to remain calm under pressure and act with initiative
