Job Summary

A company is looking for a Select Property & Casualty Insurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers to meet customer service needs and adhere to company standards
  • Participate in leadership meetings, assist with new hire training, and conduct compliance audits
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvement, foster relationships, and communicate with agency contacts
Required Qualifications:
  • 6 months to 1 year experience with the company
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload
  • Coaching/mentoring mindset
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and act with initiative
