Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager for the Proposal Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Proposal Consultants in developing responses to RFPs and RFIs for Workforce Benefits Products
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposal development
  • Ensure proposals are delivered on time and in accordance with quality standards

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Group Insurance with LAD and Supplemental Health
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
