Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager for the Proposal Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Proposal Consultants in developing responses to RFPs and RFIs for Workforce Benefits Products
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposal development
Ensure proposals are delivered on time and in accordance with quality standards

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Group Insurance with LAD and Supplemental Health
Strong project management skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
