Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Quality and Practice Transformation in Nevada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strategy and direction for provider engagement and practice transformation
- Lead teams to engage with key providers and participate in state level quality strategy meetings
- Report on strategic provider results to Senior Leadership Team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managed healthcare administration and/or Provider Services
- Experience with risk adjustment, quality metrics, and Value Based Contract arrangements
- Provider contract network development & management experience
- RN license preferred
