Manager QA Business Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance Business Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, including training, coaching, and performance management
• Develop and maintain a quality assurance program to monitor performance in various functional areas
• Provide statistical reporting, analysis, and propose solutions for quality improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in quality assurance, managing teams, and implementing strategic solutions
• Thorough knowledge of health insurance and experience at an insurance company
• Direct client interface experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
